Kingston apartment heat bylaw. If your heat is not maintained at least at
21.1 degrees Celsius (70 °F) from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. and 18.8 C (66 °F) from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. in all habitable rooms,
and 18.3C (65 °F) in common areas, from September 15 through June 1 of the following year,
first complain to your landlord, then you can call the City of Kingston, either your City Councillor or a bylaw inspector,
regarding apartment heat by calling 613 - 546-0000
